- • Be the ignition switch for Insider One’s global revenue engine. As a Digital Sales Development Representative Intern you will sit at the epicenter of our go-to-market motion, feeding qualified pipeline to sales teams in the UK, US, Singapore, Malaysia, and Dubai. Every conversation you spark directly influences the growth trajectory of a $500 M-funded, woman-led unicorn trusted by Samsung, Nike, L’Oréal, Singapore Airlines, Nestlé, and 2,000 other iconic brands.
- • Own the top of the funnel. You will mine inbound leads from webinars, content downloads, and product demos, then enrich and prioritize them in our CRM so that enterprise account executives can focus on closing. Simultaneously, you will run high-volume outbound sequences—cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn touches—to net new logos in e-commerce, retail, travel, fintech, and CPG verticals.
- • Master the art of the first impression. In 30-second cold calls and 50-word emails you will articulate Insider One’s value proposition: an AI-first customer engagement platform that unites CDP, personalization, and omnichannel orchestration across WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Web, App, and Site Search. You will tailor messaging to CMOs, VPs of Digital, and Heads of CRM so that every prospect feels the conversation was built just for them.
- • Build and curate a living database. You will continuously map target accounts, identify decision-makers, and log buying signals—funding rounds, tech-stack changes, seasonal campaigns—so that our global reps walk into meetings armed with context that shortens sales cycles and multiplies deal size.
- • Collaborate across borders and time zones. Morning stand-ups with Singapore, brainstorming sessions with London, and pipeline reviews with New York will become your weekly rhythm. You will share battle cards, objection-handling tactics, and competitive intel so that every region benefits from your frontline insights.
- • Experiment, measure, iterate. You will A/B-test subject lines, call openers, and call-to-action buttons, then feed conversion data back to marketing to refine campaigns in real time. Your dashboard will become a living laboratory where small tweaks compound into exponential pipeline gains.
- • Champion customer curiosity. Before every outreach you will research a prospect’s KPIs, growth levers, and pain points so that your questions uncover strategic gaps Insider One can solve. You will transition from vendor to trusted advisor long before a demo is ever scheduled.
- • Contribute to a culture of relentless improvement. You will shadow top-performing SDRs, attend weekly AI-powered sales-skills labs, and present your own “win of the week” to the team. Within 90 days you will have built a repeatable playbook that future interns will inherit and evolve.
- • Leave a legacy beyond revenue. Insider One runs 100 social-impact projects—from AI training for teachers to women-in-STEM scholarships—and you will have the option to lead or volunteer in initiatives that align with your personal purpose, turning your internship into a platform for global good.
