- • As a Digital Specialist - Lifecycle and CRM at Giant Tiger Stores Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and retention through data-informed email marketing strategies that directly support the company’s mission to help Canadians save more every day.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building, implementing, and managing dynamic lifecycle flows (onboarding, re-engagement, retention, upsell, win-back) within the email platform; planning and deploying marketing campaigns aligned with business goals; analyzing campaign performance using KPIs such as deliverability, open rate, CTR, conversion, and revenue attribution; defining segmentation and exclusion logic based on behavioural and regional data; identifying new channel opportunities through A/B testing and creative experimentation; collaborating with marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure consistent messaging; maintaining email compliance with CASL, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM; and incorporating storytelling into communications using insights from past campaigns and customer engagement.
- • You will be part of Giant Tiger’s store support team, a Canadian retail institution with over 60 years of community-rooted success, where your work directly impacts stores nationwide and enhances the value customers see on shelves. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from home five days a week while contributing to a team that values meaningful, impact-driven work in retail.
