- • Own the full marketing strategy for 3–5 key client accounts, acting as their fractional CMO and single point of strategic accountability from discovery through post-campaign optimization.
- • Run high-impact discovery workshops that surface business goals, audience pain-points, competitive whitespace, and success KPIs; synthesize findings into concise strategic briefs that guide every downstream decision.
- • Architect cross-channel plans that weave together SEO, paid media, content, email, marketing automation, and emerging channels into one cohesive buyer-journey experience; map tactics to funnel stages and revenue targets.
- • Translate strategy into detailed campaign blueprints: channel mix, budget allocation, messaging hierarchy, creative direction, technical specs, and measurement frameworks that the creative, media, and dev teams can execute against.
- • Collaborate daily with designers, copywriters, paid-media buyers, developers, and data analysts—providing clear feedback, prioritizing work, and ensuring every deliverable ladders back to the strategic vision.
- • Own performance dashboards in GA4, Search Console, HubSpot, and SEMrush; surface insights weekly, recommend pivots, and run A/B tests that continuously lift CTR, CPL, ROAS, and LTV.
- • Present strategic updates and results to client stakeholders, from marketing managers to C-suite executives, distilling complex data into persuasive stories that secure buy-in and budget for the next phase.
- • Monitor industry trends, algorithm updates, and audience behavior shifts; turn early signals into proactive recommendations that keep clients ahead of the curve and out of the red.
- • Contribute to Terra’s own thought-leadership content, webinars, and new-business pitches—sharing case studies, frameworks, and POVs that strengthen our brand and win new logos.
- • Maintain meticulous project timelines in Asana or Monday.com, balancing multiple concurrent campaigns without letting scope, quality, or profitability slip.
- • Mentor junior strategists and cross-functional teammates, elevating the collective strategic IQ of the agency and reinforcing a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and measurable impact.
- • After the initial 6-month contract, demonstrate quantifiable client growth (e.g., +30 % qualified leads, +25 % organic traffic, or +20 % revenue attribution) to unlock transition discussions into a full-time, permanent role with expanded leadership responsibilities.
