- • The Digital/Technical Product Manager at USAA drives the discovery, delivery, and performance of digital and technology products to enhance member experiences and support the company’s mission of empowering the military community with financial security.
- • Day to day, the role involves leveraging research, data, and market insights to identify opportunities, translate needs into product initiatives, shepherd products from idea to market validation, develop business cases, analyze performance against KPIs and KRIs, build stakeholder relationships, and communicate complex concepts through presentations and documentation.
- • USAA is a mission-driven organization serving military members and their families, grounded in core values of honesty, integrity, loyalty, and service, offering a collaborative environment where product managers work cross-functionally with business, UX, technology, ops, and marketing teams.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in product lifecycle management, data-driven decision-making, Agile methodologies, and Human-Centered Design, while gaining influence in shaping digital solutions that impact member experience and business outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree
- • 4 years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience including Strategy/Planning, Innovation, UX, Process Engineering, Analytics, or Research/Testing
- • Demonstrated ability to develop, present, influence, and communicate business decisions effectively
