📋 Description

• As a Digital Workspace Analyst at Redis, you will support the adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of core workplace platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira, ensuring employees get maximum value from these tools to enhance collaboration and productivity.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring system usage and license utilization, gathering employee feedback, assisting with vendor management and contract renewals, tracking product roadmaps, identifying automation and AI integration opportunities, and helping create training and enablement programs.
• You will partner with IT, security, operations, and business stakeholders to support scalable, well-governed, and user-friendly workplace tools while staying current on trends in digital collaboration and AI-assisted productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in business systems, IT, operations, workplace technology, productivity tools, or a related field.
• Familiarity with workplace platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, or similar tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to proactively monitor usage, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in license tracking, observability, renewals, and vendor coordination.
• Clear communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Interest in digital workplace technology and curiosity about how AI, automation, and integrations can improve employee productivity.
