- • Lead and grow India-based engineering teams responsible for advancing PAR Technology Corporation's core Point-of-Sale (POS) platform and integrated payment systems, ensuring seamless experiences for over 100,000 restaurants worldwide.
- • Drive technical strategy, architecture, and delivery of high-performance, secure, and scalable POS and payment solutions using .NET, React, Flutter, and Angular, while championing DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native practices.
- • Collaborate with global product, security, and engineering leadership to align roadmaps, ensure compliance (PCI DSS, EMV), and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- • Mentor senior engineers, oversee multiple concurrent projects, and serve as a key technical escalation point for stakeholders and customers, enabling career growth and team accountability.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- • 15+ years of progressive software engineering experience with modern scalable cloud stacks (.NET, Java, Go) and multi-OS native device development (mobile, IoT).
- • Minimum 5 years in a senior management or director-level engineering leadership role with proven experience leading high-performance transactional systems in POS, retail, or payment domains.
