• • As a Direct Marketing Sales Agent at Humana Inc., you will engage with members and prospects through inbound calls to assess their healthcare needs and guide them toward suitable health insurance plans, including Medicare, dental, and vision options, playing a vital role in delivering personalized, consumer-centric service that strengthens customer relationships and supports Humana’s mission to put health first.
• • Day to day, you will use your product knowledge and consultative selling skills to explain plan differences, match consumer needs with appropriate coverage, maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions, and adhere to flexible scheduling that may include evenings, weekends, and overtime based on business demands, all while working remotely from a dedicated, interruption-free workspace to protect member privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• • You will join a supportive sales team of 10–15 agents led by a Sales Team Manager, within Humana’s inclusive and mission-driven culture that values diverse backgrounds and provides comprehensive training on products, systems, and sales techniques to ensure your success from day one.
