Amplity, a leading full-service partner for biopharma companies, is seeking a highly motivated Remote Engagement Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in expanding our highly successful direct pharmaceutical recruitment business, connecting innovative biopharma companies with top talent.
- • As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of identifying and engaging potential clients within the pharmaceutical sector. Your primary focus will be on uncovering direct hiring opportunities with a diverse range of organizations, from pre-PDUFA startups and mid-size biotech firms to established top 20 pharmaceutical giants. This requires a keen understanding of the industry's landscape and the specific hiring needs of these companies.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass the full sales cycle, from proactive lead generation and qualification to closing deals. You will conduct outbound sales activities, including calls, emails, and follow-ups, to build a robust pipeline of prospects. A key aspect of this role is to bring sales opportunities to the contract stage, working collaboratively with our direct recruiting leadership before a seamless handover for service delivery.
- • Building and nurturing strong client relationships is paramount. You will need to develop a deep understanding of client needs and the decision-making hierarchy within pharmaceutical companies. This includes engaging with HR, Talent Acquisition, Senior Sales, and Medical Affairs leadership to offer tailored solutions that leverage Amplity's direct recruitment expertise.
- • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including hiring processes, recruitment process outsourcing (RPOs), key recruiting metrics, and the roles of various decision-makers, is essential. You will also stay abreast of competitive intelligence, emerging hiring trends, companies undergoing expansion, new market entries, and the full spectrum of Amplity's direct recruitment services to articulate the unique value proposition of our solutions with confidence.
- • Accurate and diligent sales reporting is a critical component of this role. You will be responsible for logging all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in our CRM system, such as Salesforce. Tracking and reporting on key sales performance metrics will be essential to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
- • Collaboration is key to success at Amplity. You will work closely with direct recruiting leadership and business development leadership to ensure alignment between sales strategies and ongoing campaigns. Providing valuable client feedback will also be instrumental in supporting the continuous improvement of our products and services.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience.
- • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in inside or outside sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or a related B2B industry.
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage customers via virtual meetings, phone, and email.
- • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
