- • Partner with the world’s most influential investors to shape the C-suite of high-growth healthcare companies as a Director at Oxeon, leveraging private equity expertise to combine ownership, mentorship, and strategic influence in shaping future healthcare leaders.
- • Drive executive search strategies, advise clients on talent needs and organizational design, lead teams in sourcing and assessing C-suite candidates, and serve as a strategic consultant on leadership trends and succession planning across growth-stage healthcare ecosystems.
- • Join a mission-driven, people-centered healthcare organization dedicated to building a more equitable future through relationship-driven partnerships, entrepreneurial culture, and core values of intellectual curiosity, emotional intelligence, ownership, resilience, collaboration, and generosity.
- • Mentor and develop junior team members, act as a brand ambassador using personal and firm networks, and contribute to thought leadership while enjoying a flexible hybrid work model and opportunities to shape internal strategy and business development.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree
- • 6-12 years of relevant work experience in retained executive search with a proven focus on private equity-backed clients
- • Demonstrated success in business development and ability to originate and manage complex, high-stakes client relationships
- • Exceptional executive presence with ability to build rapport and influence C-suite candidates and institutional investors
- • Strong talent management skills with experience coaching and developing junior team members in a high-performance, metrics-driven environment
- • Deep understanding of the private equity investment lifecycle, including portfolio company value creation levers and nuances of the PE/VC talent landscape
