  • • HighLevel is seeking a visionary and results-oriented Director, Affiliate Activation to spearhead the growth and success of our burgeoning affiliate program. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategy, execution, and optimization of our affiliate partnerships, transforming them into powerful engines for customer acquisition and revenue generation. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of affiliate engagement, from initial onboarding and activation to ongoing enablement, performance management, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • • As the Director, Affiliate Activation, you will be the architect of our affiliate success. Your primary objective is to cultivate a thriving ecosystem of affiliates who are not only signed up but are actively and effectively promoting HighLevel. This involves developing and implementing comprehensive activation strategies that equip affiliates with the knowledge, tools, and motivation to drive meaningful results. You will deeply understand the unique needs and challenges of our diverse affiliate base, which includes agencies, consultants, entrepreneurs, and businesses of all sizes, and tailor your approach to maximize their potential.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of strategic and operational activities. You will design and refine the affiliate onboarding process to ensure a seamless and informative experience, setting new partners up for immediate success. This includes developing comprehensive training materials, best practice guides, and clear performance expectations. You will also be responsible for creating and executing ongoing engagement programs, such as regular webinars, exclusive content, performance challenges, and personalized outreach, all aimed at keeping affiliates motivated and informed about HighLevel’s latest features and marketing opportunities.
  • • A critical aspect of this role is performance analysis and optimization. You will leverage data and analytics to track key affiliate metrics, identify trends, identify underperforming areas, and pinpoint opportunities for improvement. This data-driven approach will inform your strategic decisions, allowing you to optimize campaign performance, refine targeting, and allocate resources effectively. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure affiliate activities are aligned with overall company goals and contribute directly to revenue targets.
  • • Building and nurturing strong relationships with our affiliate partners will be paramount. You will act as a primary point of contact, providing support, guidance, and strategic advice to help them overcome obstacles and achieve their growth objectives. This includes fostering a sense of community among affiliates and celebrating their successes to encourage continued engagement and advocacy.
  • • You will also play a key role in identifying and recruiting high-potential affiliates, expanding our network of partners to reach new markets and customer segments. This may involve collaborating with business development teams and attending industry events to scout for talent.
  • • Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and managing the affiliate marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. You will stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends in affiliate marketing and partner programs, and competitive landscape to continuously innovate and enhance our affiliate activation strategies.
  • • This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in affiliate marketing, partner management, or a related field. You should possess a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape and the nuances of driving growth through indirect channels. Your ability to translate complex strategies into actionable plans and to inspire and motivate a diverse group of partners will be key to your success. You will be a proactive problem-solver, adept at navigating challenges and seizing opportunities in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Your passion for empowering others and driving mutual success will be the cornerstone of your approach.
  • • Ultimately, you will be the driving force behind transforming HighLevel’s affiliate program from a network of partners into a high-impact, revenue-generating channel that significantly contributes to the company's ambitious growth trajectory. You will be a key player in shaping the future of HighLevel’s growth through strategic affiliate activation and sustained partner engagement.
