đź“‹ Description
- • Lead the establishment and operation of the AI Center of Excellence (COE) for LanguageLine, serving as the day-to-day leader responsible for turning AI strategy into a practical operating model.
- • Shape executive thinking on AI priorities and translate strategic direction into a clear AI roadmap, delivery model, and governance framework aligned with business goals and enterprise risk posture.
- • Build the COE as a lean, high-credibility enablement function rather than a centralized bottleneck, ensuring it accelerates adoption without creating unnecessary friction.
- • Partner with LanguageLine business and functional leaders—including sales, finance, marketing, HR, and operations—to identify, assess, and prioritize AI opportunities with secondary coordination across Teleperformance Specialized Services.
- • Define and operationalize AI governance, policies, standards, and playbooks aligned with TP Global AI Policy and ISO 42001, including practical risk-tiering and review approaches for AI initiatives.
- • Ensure responsible model development, usage, procurement, and deployment by embedding ethical, legal, and compliance considerations into AI workflows.
- • Support business case development, benefits framing, and implementation planning for high-impact, complex, or high-risk AI initiatives.
- • Create and maintain mechanisms to measure AI adoption, effectiveness, and business impact across functions, demonstrating measurable wins in efficiency, client value, or workforce augmentation.
- • Establish and maintain a living inventory of AI systems, experiments, and use cases across Specialized Services, enabling reuse of tools, models, and implementation patterns.
- • Lead training, roundtables, and enablement efforts to improve AI literacy and organizational readiness, partnering with HR and learning teams to operationalize role-based learning paths for leaders, managers, builders, and frontline teams.
- • Deliver selected training and awareness sessions directly while coordinating with external partners for scaled or specialized learning needs.
- • Hire, coach, and lead a small applied AI team focused on rapid prototyping, enablement, and delivery acceleration, overseeing a lightweight SWAT capability for AI proofs of concept and early-stage pilots.
- • Set a high bar for pragmatism, speed, responsible AI practices, and business alignment across all COE activities.
- • Present regular updates on AI COE progress, priorities, key developments, risks, and market-relevant AI trends to the LanguageLine executive team.
- • Work closely with HR and enterprise systems like Workday to integrate required AI training, awareness, and policy rollout into existing learning and compliance infrastructure.
- • Maintain strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills to brief senior leadership on AI implications, opportunities, and risks in clear business terms.
- • Translate between technical teams and business leaders to bridge gaps in understanding and drive alignment on AI initiatives.
- • Apply practical understanding of AI-native engineering workflows and tools such as Codex, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor to improve team velocity and prototyping efficiency.
- • Demonstrate bias for action, clarity, and lean execution while balancing experimentation speed with security, risk, legal, and compliance requirements.

- • Experience defining governance, operating models, and delivery mechanisms for emerging technology initiatives

- • Practical experience using AI-assisted development and coding tools (e.g., Codex, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
- • Experience designing, leading, or scaling technology adoption, enablement, or training programs
