  • • As a Director Analyst in HRIT/HR Data Governance and Management, you will serve as an industry thought leader creating research, market predictions, and best practices for global organizations, advising CHROs and HR leaders on HR technology strategies and investments.
  • • Day to day, you will create innovative research in multiple formats (writing, video, infographics, podcasts) on HR data governance, AI’s impact on HR, and technology roadmapping; develop thought leadership insights; analyze client barriers; track vendors and emerging technologies; provide individualized advice to HR leaders; deliver presentations at Gartner events and conferences; support sales teams; peer review content; mentor junior team members; and collaborate on research process improvements.
  • • You will join Gartner’s Human Resources Practice within the Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group, a team dedicated to tracking HR technology innovation, AI impact, and data use to unlock opportunities for HR organizations, supporting 6-8 hours of monthly engagement with Asia-Pacific-based clients.
  • • In this role, you will establish credibility as a trusted advisor, produce pragmatic and provocative insights consumed by clients, represent Gartner’s research methodology, and grow your expertise at the forefront of AI and data-driven HR transformation while mentoring peers and improving team service delivery.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelors degree and 10 years of relevant experience in HR technology and/or operations leadership roles, with recent ownership of data governance
  • • Demonstrated experience implementing and managing HCM and other core HR technology in enterprise organizations to transform HR processes and workflows
  • • Background in data governance and management, including working with legal, privacy and compliance teams to institute ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols and data privacy standards for AI and HR technology usage
  • • Strong executive presence and ability to establish credibility with senior-level audiences
  • • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills; ability to engage clients and respond effectively to questions
  • • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multicultural global team
