- • Lead the strategic direction and execution of analytics initiatives across the organization to drive data-informed decision-making at scale.
- • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of data analysts, data engineers, and business intelligence professionals.
- • Partner with executive leadership, product, finance, operations, and clinical teams to identify key business questions and translate them into actionable analytics projects.
- • Design and implement scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that provide real-time insights into operational performance and patient outcomes.
- • Establish and enforce data governance standards, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA.
- • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments, aligning analytics output with organizational goals and regulatory reporting requirements.
- • Evaluate and select analytics tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of insights across the enterprise.
- • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to integrate disparate data sources into a unified analytics ecosystem.
- • Present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations, narratives, and executive summaries.
- • Drive adoption of analytics culture by training teams on data literacy, self-service tools, and best practices in data interpretation.
- • Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management for analytics infrastructure and third-party data services.
- • Monitor industry trends in healthcare analytics and recommend innovations to maintain competitive advantage and improve care delivery metrics.
- • Ensure all analytics outputs support Arcadia’s mission of improving healthcare value through data-driven insights.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for audit, compliance, and regulatory inquiries related to data usage and reporting.
- • Develop and maintain documentation for data definitions, methodologies, and analytical processes to ensure organizational knowledge retention.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science within healthcare or a highly regulated industry
- • Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing analytics teams
- • Expertise in healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, CMS claims data) and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR)
- • Demonstrated ability to translate clinical and operational data into strategic business insights
- • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL-based data querying
- • Experience managing cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
