- • As Director Asset Backed Financing at Sereact GmbH, you will build the company's asset-backed financing program from zero, establishing a strategic financing capability to support robotics deployments in industrial settings.
- • You will design the SPV structure, lead debt fundraising, build cash flow models, and manage the ongoing operations of the financing vehicle, working closely with legal, tax, and accounting advisors to ensure proper setup and compliance.
- • You will partner with the CEO, Director Finance, and Commercial leadership to align financing with Robotics-as-a-Service and other commercial models, advising on contract design and unit economics while reporting to the Board and investors.
- • This role offers a founder-style mandate in a high-growth AI-robotics startup, allowing you to shape a critical financial infrastructure from concept to scale while gaining deep exposure to founders, investors, and cross-functional leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with a focus on Finance
- • 5+ years of practical experience in structured finance, securitization, asset-based lending, or private credit
- • Demonstrable track record of taking at least one asset-backed structure from concept to close
- • Experience financing hardware, equipment, or recurring-revenue contracts is a strong plus
- • Fluency in written and spoken English (German optional)
- • Strong commercial judgment and ability to translate complex finance concepts for non-finance stakeholders
