- • The opportunity to join Stepful as the Director of B2B Marketing is a pivotal role for an experienced marketer ready to shape and lead our employer-facing marketing strategy. You will be instrumental in scaling our efforts from successful pilot partnerships to establishing Stepful as the definitive talent-pipeline solution for the U.S. healthcare industry. This position is responsible for defining our employer brand, orchestrating promotional strategies across content, events, and other channels, and translating our innovative products, services, and market insights into powerful demand-generation programs that directly drive revenue growth.
- • This is a hands-on, build-phase role designed for a senior marketer who not only excels at strategic planning but is equally passionate about hands-on execution. Reporting directly to our SVP, Growth, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare talent acquisition.
- • As the Functional Leader, you will own the comprehensive B2B marketing strategy, developing a clear roadmap and defining success metrics that are tightly aligned with the company's overarching commercial objectives. You will be responsible for making critical prioritization decisions and trade-offs across various initiatives, target audiences, and marketing channels, ensuring that resources are strategically allocated to the highest-impact opportunities. Furthermore, you will serve as a key senior cross-functional partner, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Learning, Solutions Architecture, and Client Success teams. By leveraging deep market insights, you will align stakeholders and drive consensus on priorities, ensuring a unified approach to market engagement.
- • In terms of Positioning, Messaging, and Product Marketing, you will define and champion Stepful’s B2B positioning, develop robust messaging frameworks, articulate compelling value propositions, and clearly define our competitive differentiation. You will lead comprehensive market and competitive research initiatives to uncover insights that will inform our positioning, go-to-market roadmap, and sales enablement strategies. A key responsibility will be to develop and maintain essential product marketing assets and frameworks, including pitch narratives, Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and personas, competitive battlecards, and objection-handling guides, all designed to empower our sales teams to articulate the Stepful story with clarity and confidence. You will also lead the go-to-market strategy for new products, programs, and features, overseeing the end-to-end rollout process, including targeting, positioning, and the creation of sales collateral, in close collaboration with the Product, Learning, and Solutions Architecture teams.
- • For Demand Generation, you will spearhead the B2B demand generation strategy, encompassing account-based marketing (ABM), multi-channel content-driven campaigns, and strategic event participation. You will position Stepful as a recognized thought leader within the industry by developing and disseminating compelling content marketing that builds trust and credibility in a traditionally risk-averse healthcare market. This role is pivotal in driving measurable business outcomes through strategic marketing initiatives.
