  • • As the Director, Biotech Portfolio Sales at Clario, you will be instrumental in driving strategic growth and expanding our market presence within the dynamic biotechnology sector. This pivotal role demands a sophisticated, consultative sales approach focused on building and nurturing robust client relationships, identifying and capitalizing on multi-service opportunities, and consistently delivering exceptional value across Clario's comprehensive biotech portfolio.
  • • Your primary objective will be to maximize the value delivered to both Clario and our biotech clients. This involves a deep understanding of their needs and strategically integrating all relevant Clario capabilities to provide holistic solutions that address complex clinical research challenges.
  • • You will be tasked with meeting and exceeding ambitious quarterly and annual sales targets. Success will be measured by your ability to acquire new logos, drive multi-service engagements, and achieve high win rates for prospective business.
  • • A key aspect of this role is the proactive development of new business relationships and the strategic expansion of existing accounts. You will operate with an enterprise mindset, viewing each client interaction as an opportunity for significant, long-term partnership growth.
  • • You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned accounts, ensuring seamless coordination with Business Development (BD) counterparts across various business units and through our CRO partner channels. This collaborative effort is crucial for a unified client approach.

  • • You will be expected to complete all administrative deliverables in a timely manner. This includes generating accurate sales reports, submitting expense reports, and developing comprehensive account plans that outline strategic objectives and tactical execution.
  • • Regular coordination of territory reviews and development calls will be necessary to ensure consistent alignment and strategic focus across all key roles involved in client engagement.
  • • Building and maintaining strong, collaborative partnerships with delivery management, logistics, and customer care teams is vital. This cross-functional collaboration ensures a seamless client experience from initial engagement through project execution and ongoing support.
