- • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including the broader commercial department and clinical operations, providing expertise and support throughout the entire sales lifecycle, from initial lead qualification to post-sales engagement.
- • Inspire and excite prospective and current customers by clearly articulating how Hawthorne Health is fundamentally transforming the landscape of clinical trial conduct, particularly through the integration of patient-centered home and community-based research methodologies.
- • Partner closely with Project Managers to identify and strategically pursue new business development opportunities within existing client accounts, fostering deeper relationships and expanding our service footprint.
- • Skillfully respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), crafting compelling narratives that effectively showcase Hawthorne Health's unique value proposition and competitive advantages.
- • Act as a vital conduit between the market and our product development team, relaying critical customer feedback, sales intelligence, and emerging market trends to inform strategic product roadmap decisions and overall company strategy.
- • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, employing strategic prospecting techniques and diligent follow-up to ensure consistent progress towards revenue targets.
- • Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their specific clinical trial challenges and objectives, tailoring solutions that address their unique requirements.
- • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations, establishing Hawthorne Health as a trusted and indispensable partner.
