- • Own the AI infrastructure growth engine for Vantage Data Centers across North America, EMEA and APAC. You will be the single-threaded leader who translates the explosive demand for GPU-accelerated compute into signed multi-megawatt leases, directly influencing the company’s global expansion roadmap and revenue trajectory.
- • Build and nurture a living ecosystem map that includes every meaningful player in the AI stack—from foundational model builders like OpenAI and Anthropic, to GPU-as-a-Service startups, to tier-one OEMs such as Dell and NVIDIA, to the largest hyperscalers on the planet. Your Rolodex becomes Vantage’s unfair advantage.
- • Generate and manage a high-velocity pipeline worth hundreds of millions in annualized revenue. You will qualify prospects, architect bespoke colocation and power-dense solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and quarterback cross-functional deal teams through legal, technical and financial close.
- • Design and execute joint go-to-market campaigns with hardware partners that turn silicon roadmaps into customer demand. Examples include co-branded reference architectures, early-access labs for next-gen GPUs, and sovereign-AI workshops with government stakeholders.
- • Serve as the voice of the customer inside Vantage. Distill complex workload requirements—liquid cooling densities, 80kW racks, 400G optical backbones—into crisp product feedback that shapes future site selection, design standards and sustainability targets.
- • Represent Vantage on the global stage: keynote at GTC, moderate panels at AI Hardware & Edge AI Summit, brief regulators on energy-efficient AI infrastructure, and host private roundtables with C-suite buyers. Expect 25–30 % travel to maintain face-to-face trust in a relationship-driven market.
- • Deliver real-time market intelligence to the C-suite. Track competitor build-outs, subsidy packages, power interconnection queues and emerging policy regimes so that Vantage stays one permitting cycle ahead of the pack.
- • Mentor and elevate a distributed squad of regional sales directors, technical architects and solutions engineers. Instill a culture of curiosity, speed and customer obsession while ensuring every handoff—from first call to “go-live”—feels frictionless.
- • Champion Vantage’s sustainability narrative. Translate renewable-energy PPAs, waterless cooling and heat-reuse innovations into quantifiable ESG wins that resonate with AI customers facing Scope 3 pressure from their own investors.
- • Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will be given a mandate, a budget and the autonomy to experiment—pilot new pricing models, incubate channel partnerships, even co-invest in customer proof-of-concepts—while staying laser-focused on measurable ARR impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of enterprise sales, business development or strategic partnerships within cloud, data center, semiconductor or AI hardware ecosystems
- • Demonstrated network across at least two of the following: hyperscalers, GPUaaS providers, foundational model labs, OEMs/ODMs
- • Proven track record closing complex, multi-million-dollar infrastructure deals involving technical, financial and legal stakeholders
- • Technical fluency in AI workloads, GPU architectures, power/cooling densities and data-center design trade-offs
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA or technical master’s preferred
- • Willingness to travel 25–30 % domestically and internationally
