- • The Business Development Director is a field-based sales role focused on recruiting new long-term care (LTC) and behavioral health (BH) members and growing existing accounts to drive revenue and market penetration for Premier Inc.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reaching sales goals through new member acquisition, delivering compelling value propositions to strategic account leaders, gathering market intelligence for GAF/NAF opportunities, presenting contract portfolio value, coordinating with internal teams for account setup, maintaining existing customer relationships through education and savings analysis, and managing administrative tasks such as paperwork, expense reporting, and appointment scheduling.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • 7 or more years of applicable work experience
- • Experience in Medsurg sales, GPO sales, or LTC/BH account management
- • Executive-level presentation skills
- • Strong analytic skills
- • CRM documentation proficiency
