• • As the Director, Chief of Staff at Wrapbook, you will operate at the epicenter of our company's strategic direction and operational execution, serving as a pivotal strategic partner to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the broader Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
• • This is a high-impact, hands-on role designed for an individual with exceptional business acumen, a talent for navigating complex industries, and a proven ability to transform ambiguity into actionable clarity, driving critical initiatives forward with speed and precision.
• • A core tenet of this role is embracing and integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a fundamental operating tool, not merely an add-on. You will be responsible for owning and continuously evolving the CEO's AI-powered operating system, building and maintaining sophisticated agentic workflows that significantly extend the leverage and effectiveness of both the CEO and the SLT.
• • You will act as a primary catalyst for the company's broader AI adoption, modeling best practices, diligently sharing successful strategies and insights, and actively assisting the wider organization in developing fluency and proficiency with AI tools and advanced workflows.
• • A commitment to staying at the forefront of AI innovation is essential. This involves continuously evaluating emerging AI tools, techniques, and capabilities, and translating relevant advancements into practical, impactful leverage for the CEO and the entire leadership team, ensuring Wrapbook remains an AI-native organization.
• • Your strategic partnership with the CEO will involve developing an exceptionally deep and nuanced understanding of Wrapbook’s core business, its strategic priorities, and its intricate operating model. You will be tasked with synthesizing vast amounts of information from across all company functions, proactively escalating the most urgent and critical items to the CEO, and formulating clear, data-driven recommendations.
• • You will play a key role in shaping and refining the company-level strategy and overarching priorities, ensuring alignment and focus across the organization. This includes proactively identifying potential risks, critical gaps in execution or strategy, and significant untapped opportunities for growth and improvement.
• • Leveraging AI and other cutting-edge tools will be paramount in enhancing executive decision-making speed, improving overall operating efficiency, and amplifying company-wide leverage, ensuring Wrapbook operates at peak performance.
• • You will be instrumental in driving critical cross-functional outcomes by owning and leading high-priority initiatives from initial scoping and definition through to successful execution. This requires adept stakeholder management, clear articulation of decision-making frameworks, proactive identification and removal of blockers, and ensuring rigorous follow-through on all commitments.
• • Stepping into areas of ambiguity is expected, where you will be responsible for creating structure, defining processes, and establishing clear pathways to resolution and success.
• • You will significantly improve how Wrapbook operates by owning and refining company-level planning and communication processes, including annual strategic planning, OKR setting and tracking, Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and company-wide All Hands meetings.
• • Designing and facilitating highly effective leadership meetings that drive clear decisions, foster accountability, and ensure actionable outcomes will be a key responsibility. Furthermore, you will continuously seek opportunities to improve operating rhythms and enhance cross-team coordination and collaboration.
• • This role demands a proactive, systems-level thinker who views AI as a fundamental force multiplier across planning, analysis, and executive workflows, driving efficiency and strategic insight. You will demonstrate a proven track record of owning and successfully delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives, underpinned by strong analytical skills and sound business judgment.
• • The ability to form independent, well-reasoned points of view and articulate clear, actionable recommendations is crucial. Exceptional, executive-level written and verbal communication skills are a must, enabling effective engagement with senior leaders and stakeholders. A high degree of personal agency, insatiable curiosity, and a strong bias toward action will define success in this dynamic role. Comfort working directly with senior leaders and adeptly navigating ambiguity are essential prerequisites for thriving in this position.
