📋 Description

• • The Director, Client Finance (ES) serves as the senior, strategic finance leader and partner for the Engagement Solutions service line, overseeing financial integrity and performance across the entire project lifecycle from RFP to closeout.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading finance governance, overseeing revenue recognition and financial controls, managing project budget health and profitability, owning the monthly close process, building scalable operating models and dashboards, and leading a team of Client Finance Managers while partnering with FP&A, Accounting, Sales Ops, BD, and Delivery teams.
• • Precision AQ, LLC is a remote-first organization within the Precision Medicine Group, focused on delivering engagement solutions in pharma services, where financial rigor and cross-functional collaboration drive profitable growth and client success.
• • The person in this role will develop leadership leverage through team development, process standardization, and strategic insight generation, enabling scalable finance operations and influencing executive decision-making on performance, forecasting, and growth strategies.
