  • • You will be a key driver of Alight’s financial performance, with a significant focus on identifying and executing opportunities for solution expansion and securing contract renewals.
  • • A core responsibility involves building, leading, and nurturing high-performing teams dedicated to strategic client and broker relationship management, maximizing client value, driving solution adoption, and ensuring client retention.
  • • You will adeptly manage multiple complex client relationships and large-scale projects, ensuring seamless and successful execution while independently identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
