- • As the Director, Client Partner, TVAD at Tinuiti, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the strategic vision for our clients' TV, Video, Audio, and Display advertising efforts. This senior leadership role demands a blend of strategic thinking, client relationship management, team leadership, and deep industry expertise to drive significant growth and deliver exceptional results.
- • You will serve as the chief strategist and executive sponsor for top-tier client accounts, responsible for defining and implementing overarching client strategies that are meticulously aligned with their unique business objectives. This involves guiding long-term planning, fostering innovative campaign execution, and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- • A core aspect of your role will be to build and maintain robust, trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Your ability to understand their business challenges and translate them into effective media solutions will be paramount to driving business growth and ensuring long-term partnerships.
- • You will lead, mentor, and inspire multiple teams of strategists and analysts, cultivating an environment that champions excellence, encourages innovation, and promotes seamless collaboration. This includes developing and implementing comprehensive training programs designed to foster continuous professional development and maintain high performance standards across your teams.
- • A strong business acumen is essential, as you will oversee the financial performance of client accounts. This involves ensuring that all strategies are meticulously designed to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) and achieve ambitious financial targets. You will provide strategic direction on critical areas such as budget allocation, pricing models, and financial forecasting to robustly support overarching business objectives.
- • You will be a key driver of innovation and thought leadership within the agency and the broader industry. By staying at the forefront of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in media and advertising, you will influence the development of new products and services. Your expertise will be showcased through representation at industry events, conferences, and contributions to thought leadership publications, positioning Tinuiti as a recognized leader.
- • A significant part of your role involves client education. You will be responsible for educating senior client executives on cutting-edge advancements in media analytics and advertising, strongly advocating for data-driven approaches that directly align with their business goals. This will be achieved through leading strategic workshops, seminars, and impactful presentations designed to elevate client understanding and deepen engagement.
- • You will maintain an in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the dynamic media and advertising landscape, with a specialized focus on TV, Connected TV (CTV), streaming, and Out-of-Home (OOH) media. This deep expertise will enable you to anticipate industry shifts, proactively guide the strategic direction of client initiatives, and provide forward-thinking counsel.
- • You will master the management of scaled advertising campaigns across various platforms, including streaming TV, online video, linear TV, digital audio, and display advertising. You will engage in knowledgeable discussions with clients regarding macro trends in the media landscape, offering strategic advice for long-term, sustainable campaign success in an ever-evolving environment.
- • Strategic planning is a critical function, involving the creation of detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual plans for client campaigns. These plans will be informed by rigorous analysis of data from media planning tools, leading to the formulation of actionable recommendations. You will effectively advocate for Tinuiti’s strategic recommendations with client team leadership.
- • Internally, you will serve as an evangelist for TV, Audio, and Display solutions, championing their value within the agency. You will also be responsible for training junior team members on new technologies and techniques that can deliver incremental value to our clients, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
