- • This pivotal role involves cultivating and nurturing long-term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders and executive leaders within the Alkami client and partner ecosystem.
- • The primary objective is to identify and capitalize on opportunities where Alkami's innovative solutions can further empower clients to achieve their strategic business objectives and enhance their digital banking offerings.
- • You will be instrumental in driving add-on sales growth by leading and developing a high-performing team of Client Sales Executives, focusing on the East Region.
- • Your leadership will be crucial in developing and implementing effective strategies to accelerate the adoption of additional Alkami products and services by our current clients.
- • A core responsibility will be to clearly articulate the compelling value proposition of Alkami's products and services, demonstrating how they address the evolving needs of financial institutions.
- • You will be expected to skillfully negotiate and close deals, effectively manage objections, and provide critical support to your team members during the closing process for new business opportunities.
- • This role requires a proactive approach to business development, including regular travel to meet with prospective and existing customers, attend industry trade shows, and represent Alkami at conferences.
- • You will be responsible for planning and directing staffing, training, and performance evaluations to ensure the continuous development and success of your Client Sales team and their respective territories.
