📋 Description

  • The Director, Clinical Client Success serves as a pharmacy subject-matter expert and strategic clinical leader within the Client Success organization, providing advanced clinical insight and formulary expertise to support client portfolios and drive improved health outcomes.
  • Day to day, the role involves serving as a senior clinical expert in client meetings, developing clinical briefs and talking points, translating complex data into actionable strategies, leading analysis of pharmacy and clinical data, providing oversight for clinical program requirements, collaborating cross-functionally with Formulary Strategy and Clinical Operations, and guiding Client Success Partners in articulating clinical and financial rationale to stakeholders.
