📋 Description
- • As a Client Services Support Analyst at Precision AQ, LLC, you will support the development and deployment of Access Genius, a market access pull-through solution for biopharmaceutical clients, helping patients get the best medicine and enabling healthcare providers to make appropriate treatment decisions.
- • Day to day activities include collaborating with mentors and leadership to understand project initiation, developing understanding of Managed Markets and payer data, collecting business requirements based on client input, developing and maintaining project plans, facilitating requirements for creative design and MRL submissions, coordinating meetings with cross-functional teams, and managing the client inquiry process to ensure satisfaction.
- • You will be part of the Product Solutions team within Precision AQ, a division of Precision Medicine Group, which accelerates value realization by leveraging data science, analytics, and technology to transform customer connections in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- • In this role, you will build expertise in business requirements, testing, project management, software development life cycle processes, organization, attention to detail, communication, critical thinking, and biopharmaceutical commercialization, while growing your career through mentorship and hands-on experience in a collaborative, hybrid environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree
- • Availability to work Eastern Standard Time and potentially outside standard hours when necessary
- • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- • Ability to travel up to 5%
