- • Lead the Clinical Data Management function at RayzeBio, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb, providing strategic and operational oversight across the clinical portfolio to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory readiness from study start-up through NDA/BLA submission.
- • Serve as the hands-on Data Management lead for high-priority clinical programs, overseeing study execution, data review, issue resolution, risk management, and CRO/vendor performance while driving cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Regulatory Affairs, and Safety teams.
- • Join a multidisciplinary, innovative biotech team within a global oncology leader, where your expertise in radiopharmaceutical development is amplified by access to BMS resources and your leadership directly impacts patient outcomes through transformative cancer therapies.
- • Build and scale a high-performing Clinical Data Management team, mentor, develop talent, implement scalable processes and SOPs, and gain strategic influence in shaping data standards and submission readiness for oncology drug approvals.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Mathematics, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- • Minimum of 10 years of data management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry.
- • Demonstrated experience in team leadership and management, including mentoring and developing team members.
- • In-depth experience in the Oncology therapeutic area.
- • Proven ability to manage CRO relationships and oversee data management deliverables.
- • Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and work efficiency.
