📋 Description

• • The Director - Clinical Research Scientist-Clinical Development leads scientific and clinical strategy for Phase 1–3 clinical programs, driving evidence generation and trial design in partnership with cross-functional teams to deliver patient-focused outcomes.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading protocol design and authoring, ensuring alignment of trial endpoints and biomarkers with program goals, designing enrollment plans with site and investigator selection, partnering with Medical Affairs and MSL teams for external engagement, authoring clinical content for regulatory submissions, defining and monitoring success metrics, synthesizing external data to inform strategy, and presenting data at internal and external governance meetings.
