- • The Director, Clinical Training & Effectiveness is the architect of clinical and commercial training strategy for the Flyrcado/cardiac PET portfolio, responsible for defining what gets built, how it is delivered, who it reaches, and how effectiveness is measured across internal sales teams, marketing partners, and external customers and KOLs.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning clinical training strategy, designing scalable training infrastructure, developing onboarding and certification programs, establishing competency frameworks, leading sales team enablement initiatives, creating field sales trainer programs, driving skill adoption through coaching and reinforcement, developing external customer and KOL education programs, defining clinical effectiveness metrics, partnering with sales and implementation teams to support training-to-execution transitions, serving as a clinical subject matter resource, influencing hiring criteria, and building and leading a high-performing distributed clinical training team while managing budget and vendor relationships.
- • The role sits within GE HealthCare’s Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business, a strategically critical function at the intersection of clinical expertise, sales enablement, and customer implementation, reporting to the GM, Cardiac Enablement, and serving as a senior voice on clinical training strategy within PDx leadership.
- • The person in this role will build the training function from the ground up, shape clinical and commercial readiness for Flyrcado, drive measurable skill development and behavioral change, influence product adoption through effective training, develop leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, and establish themselves as a key clinical and commercial enabler in nuclear cardiology and diagnostic imaging.
