- • As Director of Consulting Alliances at Legora, you will own and grow strategic relationships with global and regional consulting and systems integrator partners, turning these alliances into successful client outcomes by building joint go-to-market strategies and enabling partners to effectively sell and deliver Legora’s AI-native legal workspace.
- • Day to day, you will develop and execute joint go-to-market plans, manage partner enablement, track pipeline health, conduct business reviews, and serve as the primary liaison between partner organizations and Legora’s sales, engagement, and legal engineering teams to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
- • You will join a fast-scaling, mission-driven company that partners with elite legal teams worldwide, leveraging AI to transform legal work, with over 1,000 customers across 50+ countries and $100M+ in ARR, backed by a culture of ownership, excellence, and continuous growth.
- • In this role, you will shape Legora’s partner strategy from the ground up, influence product and go-to-market decisions through partner feedback, and develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS alliances while working alongside top-tier consulting firms and legal professionals.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years in alliances, partnerships, or business development at an enterprise SaaS or AI company with proven pipeline development, deal closure, and long-term partner relationship management
- • Firsthand experience with how major consulting firms or global systems integrators operate, including decision-making processes and technology partnering, with direct experience inside such organizations preferred
- • Experience building a partner program from scratch rather than inheriting an existing one, demonstrating comfort with ambiguity and initiative in defining structure, processes, and partner value propositions
- • Strong commercial judgment to craft joint value propositions, navigate complex multi-party deals, and make strategic decisions on when to advance or pause initiatives
- • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities—relationship management, pipeline development, partner enablement, and business reviews—across several partners simultaneously
- • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with senior leaders such as managing directors and alliance executives, as well as collaborate productively with field sales and delivery teams
- • Comfort with fast-paced product evolution in a high-velocity AI SaaS environment, requiring continuous learning and the ability to keep partners informed and aligned
- • Willingness to travel regularly across the US and Europe to support partner engagements and joint customer initiatives
