- • Develop and execute an integrated content strategy across digital, social, experiential, and print channels to build brand awareness, affinity, and association through a thought leadership lens.
- • Design and manage an omnichannel content calendar that aligns with key activities such as report releases, events, and campaigns, collaborating with Internal and External Communications teams.
- • Implement SEO, AEO, and digital reputation strategies using the PESO model to enhance brand visibility and credibility across owned, earned, shared, and paid channels.
- • Craft and lead integrated marketing campaigns centered around critical moments including industry conferences, report launches, and major announcements.
- • Establish a data-driven approach to content development and performance by leveraging analytics, testing, and emerging digital trends to optimize reach and engagement.
- • Ensure all content adheres to Risepoint’s voice, tone, and messaging framework, providing editorial oversight and revisions as needed.
- • Lead executive thought leadership planning and execution for the CEO and other C-suite leaders, including ghostwriting, editorial planning, and ongoing audience development.
- • Identify, prioritize, and secure participation in high-impact conferences, industry events, awards, and forums to elevate Risepoint’s visibility and credibility in higher education and workforce innovation.
- • Manage the full lifecycle of event participation—from abstract submissions and speaker preparation to logistics, on-site presence, and post-event content amplification.
- • Collaborate with Public Affairs and external PR agencies to shape executive public appearances, including podcast features, media interviews, byline opportunities, and speaking engagements.
- • Drive cross-functional content initiatives that are well-planned, data-informed, and executed effectively to ensure the right stories reach the right audiences at the right moments.
- • Measure and report on the success of content and thought leadership initiatives through metrics including brand awareness, audience engagement, share of voice, and executive visibility.
- • Position Risepoint as a credible, authoritative voice in higher education and workforce innovation through consistent, high-quality content and strategic executive presence.
- • Translate narrative and brand positioning into compelling content and campaigns that resonate with key audiences and drive meaningful engagement.
- • Maintain expertise in the conference and podcast landscape within education, technology, or similarly ideas-driven industries to identify strategic opportunities for brand amplification.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in thought leadership, content strategy, marketing, or a closely related field with exposure to multiple disciplines
- • Demonstrated ability to build and execute full brand campaigns from concept to completion with understanding of SEO and AEO
- • Experience developing social media channel strategies (LinkedIn and YouTube preferred) that support integrated campaigns
- • Proven track record of building executive thought leadership presences and collaborating with PR teams on earned media
- • Exceptional writing skills with ability to capture both executive and brand voice
- • Experience owning content calendars across multiple channels and managing complex workstreams
