- • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive internal communication strategies aligned with Amplify’s strategic objectives to enhance employee engagement and organizational alignment across all levels.
- • Collaborate with People, Legal, and Finance leadership to craft and deliver clear, consistent messaging for employee announcements, policy updates, and organizational changes.
- • Partner closely with the People team to frame and develop messaging for new HR programs, strengthening Amplify’s employer brand and supporting recruitment efforts through compelling internal content.
- • Plan, coordinate, and produce organization-wide Town Halls, Quarterly Business Reviews, and leadership forums, including agenda design, scriptwriting, presenter coordination, and day-of-event production management.
- • Design and implement targeted internal campaigns to drive employee participation in company initiatives, events, and programs, ensuring high visibility and engagement.
- • Develop and manage feedback collection systems to measure the effectiveness of internal communications and implement continuous improvement processes based on employee input.
- • Monitor and analyze internal communication metrics and employee engagement data to inform strategic recommendations and optimize future communication efforts.
- • Create high-quality written content across multiple formats including presentations, scripts, digital newsletters, intranet posts, and leadership communications.
- • Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional leaders on communication best practices, ensuring messaging consistency and alignment with company values and goals.
- • Maintain a strong portfolio of professional writing samples that demonstrate expertise in corporate internal communications and employee engagement.
- • Ensure all internal communications reflect Amplify’s mission of bringing delight and rigor to K–12 education and support the company’s reputation as a top employer.
- • Support the integration of communication initiatives with broader organizational goals, including talent retention, culture building, and operational transparency.
- • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for internal communication projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output across all channels.
- • Stay current with emerging trends in internal communications and employee engagement to continuously elevate Amplify’s internal messaging strategy.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for internal communication needs across departments, providing guidance and support to ensure cohesive messaging.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, English, Journalism, or related field
- • Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate communications, with significant focus on internal communications
- • Proven track record in content creation and copywriting across presentations, scripts, and digital communications
- • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments and stakeholders in a corporate environment
- • Strong portfolio of written communication samples demonstrating professional writing abilities
- • Experience designing and managing employee engagement initiatives and feedback systems
