- • Lead high-tempo creative strategy and direction for full-funnel paid media advertising programs across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, and Display platforms.
- • Deliver expert creative concepts, briefs, and tactical feedback on short-form video, static ads, motion graphics, and UGC content to maximize performance metrics including thumb-stop rate, 3-second hold rate, and clickthrough rate.
- • Direct a team of Designers and Editors to produce 50+ new performance ads per month, scaling volume without compromising creative rigor or data-driven discipline.
- • Actively contribute to asset creation by editing in Premiere Pro, designing in Figma (including Auto Layout and Components), and polishing assets in Photoshop or Illustrator — no strategy-only candidates will be considered.
- • Translate client marketing goals and performance data into testable, data-backed ad concepts with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes.
- • Present creative work and strategic rationale to clients and stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and persuasive salesmanship.
- • Drive creative diversity by integrating multiple formats: highly produced assets, low-fidelity UGC, AI-generated content, and hybrid creative approaches.
- • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, Runway, and Icon to accelerate creative production and increase output volume — proven experience shipping AI-assisted ads required.
- • Monitor campaign performance data in collaboration with Paid Media and Social Commerce teams to inform iterative creative improvements and optimize ROI.
- • Establish scalable processes, testing frameworks, and quality standards to elevate the Performance Creative service as volume and client demand grow.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Social Commerce to enhance UGC creative and with Paid Media to align creative output with ad scaling strategies.
- • Maintain a digital portfolio showcasing performance ad work with clear evidence of impact on key metrics, including both high-fidelity and low-fidelity creative examples.
- • Provide crisp, actionable feedback to designers and editors, navigate client pushback, and turn vague objectives into testable, executable creative plans without hand-holding.
- • Operate fully remotely within EST time zone; all business is conducted in English.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years in a Director-level or equivalent leadership role leading creative strategy and managing teams in performance marketing
- • 4+ years of hands-on creative strategy experience on performance ad programs with specific focus on short-form video and static ads for Meta and TikTok
- • Proven ability to storyboard, edit, and ship ads using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools; portfolio required with performance metric impact evidence
- • Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or similar to produce shipped ads — not just experiments
- • Excellent client presentation and salesmanship skills with ability to communicate strategic rationale clearly and persuasively
- • Must have direct experience with Meta performance creative advertising — no exceptions
