Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Lead high-tempo organic content strategy and creative direction for Instagram and TikTok, owning content pillars, editorial calendars, and end-to-end briefing processes.
  • • Deliver expert-level creative concepts, hooks, pacing, and edit structures for short-form video content that drives audience growth, engagement, and revenue.
  • • Own and evolve each brand’s social voice and presence, directing rapid-turnaround content responses to trends and community interactions.
  • • Translate client brand strategy and platform performance data (hook retention, watch time, completion rate, engagement rate, saves, shares, follower growth, comment sentiment) into actionable content decisions.
  • • Brief and collaborate with Designers and Editors to produce high-volume native assets including statics, carousels, motion graphics, Stories, and UGC/creator content — with ability to personally edit in CapCut or design in Figma when needed.
  • • Identify organic content winners with strong performance metrics and recommend them for scaling into paid media campaigns.
  • • Present content strategies, campaign results, and creative rationale to clients with clarity, confidence, and data-backed storytelling.
  • • Continuously refine and scale the Organic Social service by establishing systems, frameworks, and processes that maintain quality and speed as volume increases beyond 50+ creatives per month.
  • • Utilize AI tools such as Claude, Midjourney, Perplexity, or Runway to accelerate content production and increase creative volume without sacrificing platform-native authenticity.
  • • Maintain a hands-on role in content creation: storyboard, shoot, cut, and ship assets; adjust pacing in CapCut; refine layouts in Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • • Demonstrate fluency in platform algorithms and distribution mechanics, prioritizing earned reach over aesthetic appeal alone.
  • • Build and lead a team of Designers and Editors, fostering a culture of creative rigor, speed, and data-informed iteration.
  • • Maintain a digital portfolio showcasing organic social work with clear evidence of metric-driven results including follower growth, engagement lift, and watch time improvement across diverse formats (UGC, high-fidelity, low-fidelity).
  • • Operate in a fully remote environment with all business conducted in English and aligned to EST time zone.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years in a Director-level or equivalent leadership role leading content strategy and managing creative teams
  • • 4+ years of hands-on organic social media experience focused on Instagram and TikTok with proven success growing audiences and driving revenue
  • • Demonstrated ability to create, edit, and ship content using CapCut, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-assisted tools — not strategy-only experience
  • • Portfolio showcasing organic content with measurable impact on metrics like watch time, engagement rate, saves, and follower growth
  • • Excellent client presentation and communication skills with ability to give crisp, actionable feedback to creatives
  • • Comfort and proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Midjourney, Runway) to produce shipped, scalable content

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Unlimited PTO + US holidays
  • • Company-sponsored medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • • Robust 401(k) program with company match and profit-sharing opportunities
  • • Flexible parental leave
  • • Interdisciplinary exposure to grow skills beyond core role
