📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and execution of Contrast University, our flagship customer-education program that turns security practitioners, developers, and DevOps teams into confident power-users of our ADR platform.
• • Architect a multi-modal curriculum that blends live virtual workshops, self-paced e-learning, hands-on labs, and micro-certifications—each mapped to measurable adoption milestones and ROI targets.
• • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate every new release, API update, and threat-intel insight into crisp, engaging lessons released within 30 days of GA.
• • Build and lead a high-performing training team (instructional designers, technical writers, and delivery specialists) while fostering a culture of experimentation, feedback, and continuous improvement.
• • Establish data-driven success metrics: course completion rates, feature-adoption lift, NPS uplift, and expansion ARR influenced by education—then iterate relentlessly to exceed these KPIs.
• • Serve as the executive sponsor for strategic accounts during onboarding and renewal cycles, delivering executive briefings and “train-the-trainer” sessions that turn customers into enthusiastic advocates.
• • Create persona-based learning paths for AppSec Managers, Security Engineers, Developers, and SecOps Analysts, ensuring each audience receives role-relevant skills and immediate time-to-value.
• • Design hands-on lab environments (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines) where learners can safely exploit and remediate real vulnerabilities using Contrast sensors and dashboards.
• • Collaborate with Marketing to amplify our education brand—speaking at conferences, hosting webinars, and publishing thought-leadership blogs that position Contrast as the gold standard for application security enablement.
• • Own the LMS roadmap (Docebo preferred), including integrations with Salesforce, Gainsight, and in-product nudges that create a seamless learner journey from trial to enterprise scale.
• • Champion accessibility and global reach: subtitle courses in multiple languages, localize examples for regional compliance frameworks (GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA), and ensure WCAG 2.1 compliance.
• • Evangelize internally: quarterly enablement sessions for Sales, Support, and Professional Services so every customer-facing colleague can articulate the value of Contrast University.
• • Maintain a living content calendar that balances net-new curriculum with evergreen updates, retiring outdated modules and spotlighting emerging threats like Log4Shell or SSRF in cloud-native stacks.
• • Drive cross-functional “voice of the learner” councils, gathering feedback from customer advisory boards, Slack communities, and in-product surveys to keep curriculum razor-sharp and customer-centric.
• • Manage annual education budget, vendor negotiations, and tool selection (Articulate 360, Camtasia, Docebo, AWS lab infrastructure) to deliver premium experiences at optimal cost.
