- • Lead end-to-end delivery of modern data platforms for private equity clients, owning scope, schedule, budget, and measurable business outcomes.
- • Run agile delivery teams using Scrum/Kanban frameworks, including backlog hygiene, velocity forecasting, release management, and ceremonies across data engineering, analytics, and platform operations.
- • Architect and enforce medallion (bronze/silver/gold) patterns, data contracts, CI/CD pipelines for data, and governance controls including data quality rules, lineage tracking, and observability.
- • Orchestrate cloud environments on Snowflake and Azure, managing security, cost controls, and performance tuning for services including ADF/Fabric, Databricks, Synapse, ADLS, Key Vault, and Purview.
- • Serve as the primary executive client contact, leading steering committees, managing change requests, and driving stakeholder alignment and adoption across C-suite and VP-level audiences.
- • Own SOW scope, staffing, and margin; forecast and track project budgets while enforcing delivery standards tied to business KPIs such as SLA improvements, cost per query reductions, and faster time-to-insight.
- • Coach and mentor project managers and technical leads, codifying playbooks and templates for repeatable delivery across the Data & Analytics team.
- • Contribute to proposals and pre-sales activities by translating client needs into technical solutions and value propositions.
- • Travel to client sites as required to support on-site delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- • Deliver stable, secure, and cost-efficient data platforms with clear operating models and documented best practices.
- • Ensure high client satisfaction through measurable outcomes, referenceable accounts, and consistent delivery excellence.
- • Maintain adherence to data governance, compliance, and quality standards across all client engagements.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions with sales, operations, marketing, pricing, and customer strategy domains across retail, CPG, healthcare, media & entertainment, technology, and logistics sectors.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of technology delivery experience with 5+ years leading data platform or analytics programs in consulting or professional services
- • Proven success managing $1M–$5M+ multi-workstream programs with distributed teams
- • Hands-on familiarity with Snowflake (warehouses, RBAC, performance/cost tuning) and Azure data services (ADF/Fabric, Databricks, Synapse, ADLS, networking & security)
- • Strong command of agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), Jira/Azure DevOps, release planning, and CI/CD for data (Git-based workflows, environments)
- • Practical experience implementing medallion architectures, lakehouse patterns, data modeling, and data quality/observability
- • Stakeholder management experience at VP/C-suite level with crisp written and oral communication and executive reporting skills
