📋 Description

• As Director, Deal Desk at SonarSource SA, you will lead the strategic pricing, quoting, and contract management function to accelerate revenue growth and ensure compliance in a fast-paced, high-growth AI software company. This role is critical to enabling sales teams to close complex enterprise deals efficiently while maintaining financial discipline and risk controls.
• You will own the end-to-end deal desk process, including configuring pricing models, reviewing and approving quotes and contracts, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and revenue recognition standards (ASC 606), and collaborating with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to optimize deal structures for large enterprise customers.

• In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise SaaS pricing strategy, complex contract negotiation, and revenue operations within the high-growth AI infrastructure market. 🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, pricing, or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS or technology company
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise deals, including multi-year contracts, volume discounts, and hybrid licensing models
• Strong understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles and SaaS financial metrics
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a data-driven and process-oriented mindset
