  • • You will own the entire spectrum of pipeline generation, encompassing inbound marketing, outbound prospecting, paid advertising, organic growth initiatives, event marketing, and the strategic implementation of AI-enabled prospecting tools. This comprehensive ownership ensures a holistic approach to filling the sales pipeline with high-quality leads.
  • • A key responsibility will be the direct oversight and strategic direction of the Business Development Representative (BDR) function. You will lead, mentor, and optimize the BDR team to ensure they are effectively engaging with prospects and contributing to pipeline objectives.
  • • Collaboration is central to this role. You will work in close partnership with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and the Product Marketing team. This cross-functional alignment is crucial for developing integrated strategies that resonate with target audiences and support overall business goals.
  • • The core mission of this role is to build a demand engine that seamlessly integrates human expertise with advanced AI capabilities. This includes leveraging AI-enabled workflows, sophisticated intent data analysis, and precise signal-based targeting to identify and engage potential customers at the right moment.
  • • Success in this position hinges on a 'builder mindset.' You will be expected to conceptualize, develop, and implement new strategies and processes from the ground up, rather than simply managing existing ones. This requires a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and system design.
  • • A strong sense of full-funnel ownership is essential. While the primary focus is on top-of-funnel pipeline generation, you will need to understand and influence how your efforts impact downstream sales activities and revenue outcomes. This requires a strategic perspective that connects marketing initiatives to business results.
  • • This role demands a dual capability: the ability to develop high-level strategy and the hands-on execution required to bring those strategies to life. You will be involved in both the planning and the implementation phases, ensuring that initiatives are not only well-conceived but also effectively executed.
  • • You will be responsible for creating scalable pipeline generation systems. This means designing processes and implementing technologies that can grow with the company and consistently deliver predictable results.
  • • The ideal candidate will be adept at combining data-driven insights with creative marketing approaches. You will analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and use this information to optimize campaigns and strategies for maximum impact.

  • • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and refine targeting strategies.
  • • Establishing clear KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track the performance of all demand generation activities and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • • Fostering a culture of continuous learning and experimentation within the demand generation team, encouraging the testing of new channels, tactics, and messaging.
  • • Ensuring alignment between marketing messaging and sales enablement materials to provide a consistent and compelling customer experience.
