- • Own the entire demand generation engine for Nextech, a recognized leader in specialty healthcare technology solutions. You will be the single point of accountability for Sales-Qualified Lead (SQL) volume, velocity, and quality across every channel—web, SEO, paid media, email, content, events, and strategic partnerships.
- • Architect and scale integrated, multi-touch campaigns that convert interest into pipeline revenue. Your north-star metric is not impressions or MQLs, but the number of high-value SQLs that sales accepts and advances through the funnel.
- • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing demand team (internal and agency partners) that thrives on experimentation, rapid iteration, and data-driven decision-making. Foster a culture where every campaign is treated as a controlled experiment with clear hypotheses, success criteria, and post-mortems.
- • Partner tightly with Sales, RevOps, and Product to define and refine SQL criteria, lead-scoring models, and service-level agreements. Ensure seamless lead handoff, closed-loop feedback, and shared accountability for revenue targets.
- • Design and continuously optimize full-funnel conversion processes—from first anonymous touch to closed-won—leveraging marketing automation (Pardot), CRM (Salesforce), and AI-driven intent and predictive tools. Build dashboards that give executives real-time visibility into cost-per-SQL, pipeline influence, and ROI.
- • Infuse emerging technologies, including generative AI and machine-learning-based attribution, to accelerate campaign production, personalize outreach at scale, and uncover new pockets of high-intent demand.
- • Manage a multimillion-dollar budget with surgical precision, reallocating spend weekly based on performance data. Present monthly business reviews to the C-suite that translate marketing activities into revenue impact and forecasted bookings.
- • Ensure 100 % compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA, and other healthcare regulations in every program and message.
- • Travel up to 25 % for key industry conferences, customer advisory boards, and strategic partner summits, ensuring Nextech’s voice is front-and-center in the specialty healthcare ecosystem.
