• • As the Director, Digital Learning, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Delinea University, our enterprise learning platform. Your strategic vision and operational execution will drive product adoption, accelerate revenue, and ensure customer success. This pivotal role encompasses the entire digital learning ecosystem, from content strategy and credentialing programs to learning operations that are critical for major product releases and go-to-market initiatives.
• • **Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence:**
• • Develop and champion a multi-year digital learning strategy for Delinea University, effectively securing buy-in and necessary resources from executive stakeholders.
• • Forge strong partnerships with Product Management to ensure learning content is meticulously aligned with major product releases and go-to-market timelines, creating a seamless transition from development to user adoption.
• • Exert influence across Customer Success, Sales Enablement, and Product Training leadership to align learning investments, prioritize initiatives, and optimize resource allocation, ensuring a unified approach to learning and development.
• • Position Delinea University as a critical strategic business asset, demonstrably contributing to increased user adoption, reduced time-to-value for customers, enhanced sales productivity, and improved customer retention rates.
• • **Content Development & Operations:**
• • Take ownership of the learning content component for release readiness, defining precise content requirements for each major product release to ensure users are equipped with the knowledge they need.
• • Establish and meticulously manage the content supply chain, implementing robust intake processes, clear prioritization frameworks, efficient production workflows, and reliable delivery timelines.
• • Lead the creation of high-impact, bespoke learning content specifically designed to achieve defined business outcomes, such as driving sales wins, facilitating effective onboarding, enabling certifications, and boosting product adoption.
• • Implement modular, role-based, and persona-driven learning architectures that facilitate rapid content updates and modifications without necessitating complete course rebuilds, ensuring agility and efficiency.
• • Institute comprehensive governance models to maintain content standards, manage versioning effectively, ensure accessibility and compliance, and uphold rigorous quality assurance protocols.
• • **Credentialing & Certification Programs:**
• • Design, build, and scale user certification programs that establish recognized industry standards of competency and foster professional development among our user base.
• • Architect multi-level certification paths that are strategically aligned with various user personas, the inherent complexity of our products, and desired business outcomes.
• • Drive widespread adoption and completion of certification programs through proactive stakeholder engagement and the alignment of incentives, making certification a valuable pursuit for our users.
• • **Platform & Technology Leadership:**
• • Assume full responsibility for the strategy, roadmap, and operational excellence of Delinea University's Docebo Learning Management System (LMS) platform.
• • Spearhead platform optimization initiatives aimed at enhancing the learner experience, improving content discoverability, and increasing course completion rates.
• • Proactively evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, such as AI-assisted content creation tools, personalization engines, and advanced analytics platforms, to continuously improve operational efficiency and learning outcomes.
• • **Measurement & Business Impact:**
• • Define key success metrics encompassing learner engagement, course completion rates, demonstrated proficiency, time-to-value, certification attainment, and tangible business outcomes.
• • Develop sophisticated analytics capabilities to rigorously measure content effectiveness, pinpoint opportunities for optimization, and provide clear, data-backed evidence of Return on Investment (ROI).
• • Deliver regular, insightful reports on program performance and strategic initiatives to executive stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
• • **Team Leadership:**
• • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of digital learning professionals, including instructional designers, LMS administrators, and content developers.
• • Cultivate and enhance team expertise in modern instructional design principles, Docebo LMS administration, Credly badging, and industry-standard authoring tools like Adobe Creative Cloud or Articulate 360.
• • Foster a dynamic team culture characterized by innovation, a commitment to operational excellence, and a relentless focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
