- • Lead the end-to-end digital demand generation strategy for ModMed’s B2B EHR, practice management, and revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions, driving qualified pipeline and ARR growth through integrated multi-channel campaigns.
- • Design and execute AI-forward digital marketing initiatives across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, and account-based marketing (ABM) channels to accelerate new practice acquisition and cross-sell opportunities.
- • Transform organic search strategy by optimizing for both traditional search engines (Google, Bing) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) across AI-powered search, conversational AI, and discovery platforms.
- • Oversee, audit, and expand ModMed’s digital marketing technology stack by evaluating, piloting, and scaling AI tools to automate workflows, hyper-personalize outreach, and optimize ad spend efficiency.
- • Partner with Creative, Content, and Product Marketing teams to embed generative AI into content production, multi-variant testing, and localized landing page generation to scale variations and improve conversion rates.
- • Shift from reactive reporting to predictive growth modeling by leveraging machine learning attribution, behavioral data, and advanced analytics to track MQLs, SQLs, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and pipeline ROI.
- • Socialize digital marketing strategies, AI tool roadmaps, and execution plans with executive leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and resource allocation.
- • Actively evaluate, pilot, and integrate the latest marketing AI platforms—including LLMs, conversational AI engines, and automated copy/design optimizers—to maintain ModMed’s position at the forefront of digital innovation.
- • Execute high-yielding digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging advertising channels with a focus on targeting small-to-medium businesses using programmatic advertising, custom/lookalike audiences, and intent-data tools.
- • Maintain deep expertise in search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO), including hands-on management of paid and organic strategies across all major platforms.
- • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel for data modeling to translate raw metrics into predictive marketing frameworks and performance insights.
- • Direct creative teams to produce, test, and recursively optimize digital creative assets across varying ad formats, sizes, and platform requirements for integrated campaigns.
- • Communicate complex digital concepts, technical data, and AI-driven insights clearly and persuasively to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Maintain expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, and industry SEO suites to monitor performance and inform strategic decisions.
- • Prioritize high-value initiatives and execute flawlessly in a fast-paced, adaptive environment with evolving digital marketing trends.
- • Travel domestically up to 20% to support team collaboration, stakeholder meetings, and strategic initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7–12+ years of proven experience in B2B digital marketing with a track record of scaling traffic, high-intent accounts, and leads to B2B platforms
- • Deep, hands-on experience executing paid and organic search strategies across SEM and SEO ecosystems
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with data modeling experience to build predictive marketing frameworks
- • Deep, practical engagement with modern AI platforms (e.g., LLMs, conversational AI engines, automated copy/design optimizers)
- • Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, and industry SEO suites
- • Ability to travel domestically up to 20%
