  • • Lead and scale the company’s website, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and technical account management capabilities across client digital experiences.
  • • Oversee a team of digital design and development professionals, including management of nearshore development partners.
  • • Report directly to the SVP, Earned & Owned Media, aligning web strategy with broader earned and owned media objectives.
  • • Drive engineering rigor and elevate technical standards for web architecture, development, and operations.
  • • Design and implement scalable processes that connect digital experience improvements directly to measurable performance outcomes.
  • • Serve as the systems-minded builder responsible for optimizing the end-to-end digital experience lifecycle—from design to deployment to ongoing optimization.
  • • Ensure all digital properties meet high standards of performance, accessibility, and user experience while supporting client growth goals.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate web development and CRO initiatives with content, SEO, and paid media strategies.
  • • Establish and monitor key performance indicators tied to website effectiveness, user engagement, and conversion efficiency.
  • • Champion innovation in web technologies and methodologies to maintain competitive advantage and operational excellence.
  • • Provide strategic direction for technical debt reduction, platform modernization, and infrastructure scalability.
  • • Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and data-driven decision-making within the digital experience team.
  • • Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external development partners to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
  • • Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and technologies that enhance website performance, security, and maintainability.
  • • Maintain awareness of industry trends in web development, SEO, and CRO to inform strategic roadmap decisions.
  • • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, data privacy regulations, and brand guidelines across all client-facing digital properties.
  • • Conduct regular performance reviews, set development goals, and provide mentorship to team members and nearshore partners.
  • • Balance strategic vision with hands-on oversight of critical projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • • Translate business objectives into technical requirements and prioritize initiatives based on potential impact and resource constraints.
  • • Represent the digital experience function in executive-level discussions regarding growth, technology investment, and customer experience strategy.
