  • • Serve as the executive face of Wpromote to C-suite stakeholders on 3–5 key accounts, translating complex performance data into board-ready narratives that secure renewals, upsells, and multi-year commitments. Your ability to command a room and simplify the intricate will directly influence same-store revenue growth and client retention KPIs.
  • • Architect and oversee a first-of-its-kind international AI Search program spanning North America, EMEA, and APAC for a global financial brand. You will harmonize regional nuances—regulatory, linguistic, and competitive—while ensuring every tactic ladders up to one cohesive global objective, delivering double-digit organic traffic lifts and measurable lead-gen gains.
  • • Own forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling for Earned & Owned Media scopes up to $10M annually. You will build scenario-based investment plans in Excel and BigQuery, stress-testing against macro-economic shifts and client P&L pressures, then present risk-adjusted projections that win CFO sign-off.
  • • Partner hand-in-hand with Sales to craft bespoke pitch decks and live demonstrations that convert 40% of prospects into long-term engagements. Your strategic blueprints will showcase differentiated use of AI-driven search, predictive content, and lifecycle automation, positioning Wpromote as the undisputed innovation leader in FinServ marketing.
  • • Design and lead campaign kick-offs, distilling months of discovery into a single, crystal-clear brief that aligns Channel Managers, Creative, Data Science, and Engineering. You will institute governance rituals—weekly stand-ups, monthly QBRs, and quarterly roadmap reviews—that keep every workstream focused on ROI and client happiness.
  • • Champion continuous experimentation: from schema markup tests that unlock rich-snippet dominance to AI-generated content pilots that cut production time by 30%. You will codify winning playbooks in Confluence and train 20+ practitioners across offices, scaling intellectual capital firm-wide.
  • • Collaborate with Product & Engineering to spec internal tools—think automated SERP-feature trackers and predictive LTV dashboards—that reduce manual reporting hours by 50%. Your voice in sprint planning ensures the tech roadmap directly fuels client growth and agency efficiency.
  • • Mentor and elevate a high-performing team of Strategists and Channel Managers, instilling a culture of curiosity, accountability, and client obsession. Through structured career ladders, weekly 1:1 coaching, and quarterly OKR reviews, you will turn emerging talent into the next generation of Wpromote leaders.
