đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads for our Dealer Business Unit, working hand-in-hand with the Sr. Marketing Manager to translate strategy into measurable results.
- • Build and maintain a dynamic communications calendar that keeps prospects, customers and dealers engaged; you will schedule, test and deploy email campaigns, landing pages and nurture sequences while ensuring brand consistency and CAN-SPAM compliance.
- • Curate and produce compelling dealer success stories, case studies and testimonials that showcase the value of our solutions; this includes interviewing dealers, drafting copy, coordinating photo/video shoots and repurposing content across web, social and event channels.
- • Manage our WordPress and TeamSupport web properties daily: publish new pages, update product information, optimize for SEO, monitor site health and implement conversion-rate improvements that turn visitors into leads.
- • Plan, promote and moderate monthly webinars for both prospects and existing customers; responsibilities include speaker coordination, slide deck assembly, registration page creation, live event hosting, post-event follow-up and performance reporting.
- • Support the full lifecycle of in-person and virtual events—tradeshows, dealer meetings, user conferences—by handling logistics, booth design, swag ordering, speaker management, attendee communications and on-site execution to deliver memorable brand experiences.
- • Drive data hygiene and target-market expansion initiatives within Salesforce and HubSpot: create net-new accounts, validate contact records, enrich firmographics, segment audiences and maintain GDPR-compliant opt-in status to fuel personalized outreach.
- • Own the day-to-day execution of our social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram; craft engaging posts, source or design creative assets, schedule content via Hootsuite/Buffer, monitor engagement and respond to comments to grow our follower base.
- • Conduct proactive outreach to dealerships through phone calls and occasional site visits, gathering market intelligence, deepening relationships and identifying co-marketing opportunities that amplify our brand within the dealer community.
- • Analyze campaign performance weekly—open rates, CTR, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence—and present actionable insights to the Sr. Marketing Manager, continuously iterating to improve ROI and hit aggressive growth targets.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success and external agencies to ensure messaging alignment, timely asset delivery and seamless customer journeys from first touch to closed-won.
- • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging martech tools and best practices; recommend new tactics or technologies that can give us a competitive edge and share learnings with the broader marketing team.
