- • As the Director, Employee Experience & Development for India, you will be the pivotal leader shaping the future of our people operations in this rapidly expanding region. This senior-most People leadership role in India is instrumental in providing the strategic direction and operational excellence required for our fastest-growing hub. You will operate within a dynamic matrixed environment, reporting directly to the VP, Employee Experience & Development, and maintaining a strong collaborative relationship with the VP, Talent Acquisition. This structure ensures a balance between addressing local nuances and maintaining global alignment with our overarching People strategies.
- • In this critical capacity, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring the seamless execution of comprehensive employee support programs and initiatives aimed at fostering robust organizational health. You will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of People Partners. Your oversight will encompass the entire employee lifecycle, from proactive engagement strategies and the meticulous handling of complex employee relations investigations to data-informed offboarding processes that provide valuable insights for continuous improvement.
- • Furthermore, you will provide essential guidance, support, and strategic oversight for all talent acquisition activities within the region. This includes collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to refine recruitment strategies, enhance candidate experience, and ensure alignment with Clari + Salesloft's global talent brand and objectives. Your involvement will be crucial in attracting and securing top-tier talent that fuels our continued growth.
- • The Director, Employee Experience & Development is expected to be a data-informed leader, adept at analyzing workforce trends, identifying key performance indicators, and leveraging insights to inform strategic decisions. You will work in close partnership with the VP, Talent Acquisition and the VP, Employee Experience & Development to develop and implement strategies that drive long-term business success and foster a thriving workplace culture.
- • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with our Learning & Development, Rewards & Systems teams, and the broader leadership team to champion equitable practices across all People functions. Your efforts will be directed towards attracting, developing, and retaining world-class talent on a global scale, ensuring that Clari + Salesloft remains an employer of choice.
- • Key responsibilities include:
- • Developing and executing a comprehensive People strategy for the India region, aligned with global objectives and tailored to local market dynamics.

🎯 Requirements
- • Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in progressive Human Resources roles, with a significant portion focused on strategic People Operations, Employee Relations, and Talent Management within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
- • Proven experience leading and developing a team of HR professionals (People Partners, HRBPs) in a matrixed organizational structure.
- • Deep understanding of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and employee relations best practices, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex investigations and mitigate risk.
- • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective People strategies and initiatives.
- • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and advise senior leadership effectively.
- • Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics, demonstrating the ability to use data to drive insights and decision-making.
- • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus.
