- • Own the full-cycle HR Business Partner mandate for a USD 100 M DTC Health & Wellness rocket-ship. You will sit at the nexus of Creative, Growth, Tech & Ops, translating aggressive quarterly OKRs into concrete people actions that move the needle on revenue, margin and customer NPS.
- • Architect and run the performance engine: craft SMART KPIs that cascade from company OKRs, design mid-cycle calibration rituals, coach 30+ managers to deliver bias-free reviews, and convert every appraisal into a 30-60-90 development sprint complete with courses, mentors and ROI tracking.
- • Build and maintain a living job architecture—JD library, levels, bands, compa-ratios—that keeps pace with a portfolio expanding from 9 to 25 SKUs. You will own pre-offer parity audits, comp approval packs and quarterly benefits ROI analyses that protect runway while attracting A-players.
- • Engineer friction-free HR operations: design JML workflows in our HRIS, automate provisioning, create audit-ready evidence folders, and publish SLA dashboards that hit 99 % accuracy and <24 h turnaround. You will be the reason we pass every SOC-2 or ISO audit on the first try.
- • Drive culture like a product: launch quarterly pulse surveys, slice data by tenure, gender and function, publish action plans with owners and timelines, and watch eNPS climb from 62 to 75 within 12 months. You will script town-hall content, recognition rituals and onboarding comics that make our values stick.
- • Master the numbers that matter—eNPS, regrettable turnover, time-to-productivity, appraisal completion, HCM data accuracy—and present them in crisp monthly narratives to the Head of People and CEO. If you can’t measure it, you can’t scale it.
- • Design and deploy a 70-20-10 learning ecosystem: map competencies to Notion learning paths, auto-assign micro-courses, nudge managers for stretch assignments, and certify ROI with pre/post behaviour metrics. You will shrink ramp time from 90 to 60 days.
- • Coach and uplevel managers at every level: run monthly “Manager Labs” on feedback, coaching and difficult conversations; create plug-and-play templates for PDPs and PIPs; and track behaviour change via 180° feedback loops.
- • Champion inclusion and belonging: partner with ERGs, analyse promotion and attrition data for bias, and craft targeted interventions that move the inclusion index from 72 to 85.
- • Own the end-to-end onboarding & offboarding choreography: pre-boarding kits, equipment drops, Day-1 swag, 7-30-60-180 checklists, exit interviews and alumni networks—every touchpoint designed to turn new hires into brand evangelists and alumni into referral engines.
- • Influence without authority: build stakeholder maps, decision logs and trade-off matrices that allow senior leaders to make fast, transparent people decisions. You will be the single source of truth on headcount, cost and risk.
- • Experiment and iterate: pilot 4-day work-week sprints, async performance check-ins, or AI-driven engagement bots—then publish case studies on what worked, what flopped and what’s next.
- • Scale globally: as we launch new markets (AU, UK, EU), replicate the playbook, localize policies, and ensure compliance with local labour laws—all while keeping the culture intact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8 years as an HRBP or People Partner in high-growth, remote-first or hybrid teams; D2C / performance marketing exposure is a strong plus
- • Proven track record of owning end-to-end people processes (performance, comp, L&D, HRIS) in a matrix environment with manager-level stakeholders
- • Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, Asana or Monday.com; ability to build dashboards, automate workflows and maintain data integrity
- • Demonstrated ability to translate data into decisions—experience with eNPS, turnover, compa-ratio, time-to-productivity metrics
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and influencing without authority
