📋 Description

• • The Director, Encompass LOS leads the strategy, delivery, and performance of the Loan Origination System (LOS) platform, with a focus on ICE Encompass, ensuring scalable solutions, operational efficiency, and alignment between business needs and technical execution in a high-volume mortgage environment.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading and developing Encompass Administration and Loan Support teams, partnering with Operations, Product, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Internal Audit to design and deliver scalable technical solutions, overseeing platform integrations, ensuring reliability and security, establishing governance over system configurations, executing against Change Control priorities, monitoring key performance metrics, enforcing adherence to SDLC and governance processes, providing clear communication to stakeholders and executive leadership, and managing employee performance, development, and HR-related responsibilities.
