- • Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and manage strategic relationships with organizations that oversee large primary care networks. This involves educating executive leadership on the intricacies of value-based care and various CMS models, demonstrating how Pearl Health's platform can unlock new opportunities and improve patient outcomes. You will be the primary point of contact, building trust and establishing Pearl Health as an indispensable partner.
- • Success in this role hinges on your ability to not only source but also to expertly close enterprise-level partnerships. This means engaging with large medical groups, hospitals, and health systems, understanding their unique challenges, and articulating a compelling vision for how Pearl Health can address them. You will need to communicate with C-suite stakeholders with confidence and clarity, positioning our innovative solutions effectively.
- • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with our product, technology, client success, data science, marketing, and growth teams to ensure a seamless and successful partnership journey for our clients. This cross-functional synergy is essential for exceeding ambitious growth targets and delivering exceptional value.
- • A deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, particularly in value-based care, is crucial. You will need to stay abreast of regulatory changes, market dynamics, and emerging best practices to provide strategic guidance to prospects and inform Pearl Health's own strategic direction.
- • You will be responsible for building and executing a disciplined targeting methodology and prospect funnel. This involves meticulously identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads within large physician groups, hospitals, and health systems to achieve and surpass performance targets. Your proactive approach to pipeline management will be critical.
- • A significant part of your role will involve articulating and positioning Pearl Health's enterprise product vision. You will tailor your message to resonate with the specific needs and goals of large primary care and multispecialty groups, showcasing the tangible benefits of our platform.
- • You will own and steward the entire enterprise sales process for organizations managing 2,000+ lives. This includes ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of all required analyses, proposals, and key action items, demonstrating a commitment to excellence at every stage.
- • Developing and maintaining strong executive-level relationships is paramount. You will strive to deliver an exceptional, trusted experience for every provider partner, fostering long-term loyalty and collaboration.
- • Establishing and maintaining a robust feedback loop from enterprise prospects is vital. You will synthesize market insights and prospect input to directly inform our strategy and product evolution, ensuring Pearl Health remains agile and responsive to market needs.
- • You will be instrumental in designing and improving our communication strategies, outreach methods, and engagement incentives. Your efforts will aim to deepen provider relationships and enhance their experience with Pearl Health.
- • Identifying local and market-specific insights will be a key part of your role. You will travel as needed for in-person prospecting, attend networking events, conferences, and community forums to represent Pearl Health and build our brand presence.
- • Meticulous tracking of all opportunities using CRM and database tools is required. You will collaborate closely with internal teams on pricing, proposals, deal terms, and contract negotiations, ensuring all aspects of the deal are managed efficiently and effectively.
