📋 Description

• • The Director, Enterprise RCM Client Success will lead a portfolio of Client Success Senior Managers and Managers, providing strategic oversight to ensure exceptional client satisfaction, measurable business outcomes, and long-term retention in the revenue cycle management (RCM) space.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading the development of scalable client management frameworks, guiding client segmentation strategies, serving as a senior escalation point for complex issues, aligning Client Success objectives with company goals, overseeing performance metrics, leading quarterly business reviews for high-value clients, and championing customer voice initiatives across departments.

• • In this role, the person will develop scalable frameworks for service delivery, build executive-level client partnerships, translate organizational goals into team action plans, drive adoption of standard operating procedures, identify portfolio trends to proactively address churn risk, and influence cross-functional enhancements to workflows and client-facing deliverables while leading a team of managers overseeing Client Advisors.
