- • Lead the strategic planning, development, and flawless execution of Zenoti's most critical events, including major trade shows, user conferences, executive roundtables, and product launch activations, ensuring they are not just attended but are transformative experiences that drive significant business impact.
- • Translate overarching marketing campaign objectives and brand narratives into compelling, real-world experiences that resonate deeply with our target audience of beauty and wellness professionals, prospects, and potential talent, maximizing earned media and brand visibility.
- • Masterfully weave together key messages around Zenoti's brand identity, innovative product offerings, and vibrant company culture into every event touchpoint, reinforcing our position as a leader in the industry.
- • Collaborate intimately with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Marketing, Business Development, Field Marketing, and Digital Marketing, to meticulously define event goals, craft impactful messaging, determine essential deliverables, secure prime speaking opportunities, and ensure seamless participation.
- • Drive the end-to-end management of complex, multi-faceted events, encompassing in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats, demonstrating exceptional project management prowess across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- • Oversee all logistical and operational aspects of events, including booth design and fabrication, collateral development and distribution, shipping logistics, on-site setup and management, vendor selection and negotiation, contract management, staff scheduling and training, attendee flow optimization, and the creation of engaging attendee experiences and giveaways.
- • Develop and execute comprehensive pre-event, during-event, and post-event communication strategies across social, digital, and online channels to build anticipation, drive engagement, and amplify reach.
- • Orchestrate co-located mini-events, executive meetings, and extended networking opportunities to maximize the value and impact of larger event participation.
- • Implement robust post-event follow-up processes, working closely with Sales teams to track lead progression, measure event ROI against defined goals, and identify key areas for improvement and future strategic adjustments.
- • Hold Sales teams accountable for diligent lead follow-up, ensuring that the momentum generated at events translates into tangible business outcomes.
- • Leverage events as a strategic lever for awareness building, relationship nurturing, and lead generation, demonstrating a clear understanding of how experiential marketing contributes to the overall sales funnel.
- • Meticulously manage event budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and maximizing return on investment through careful planning, negotiation, and expense tracking.
- • Utilize data and metrics to inform event strategy, measure success, and drive continuous improvement, backing up assumptions with customer research, hard data, and performance metrics to forecast outcomes and assess program efficacy.
- • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and calendars for multiple, simultaneous events, ensuring all deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to brand standards.
- • Proactively identify and implement innovative event concepts and technologies to enhance attendee engagement and differentiate Zenoti in a competitive landscape.
- • Prepare and present post-event reports and analyses to senior leadership, highlighting key successes, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
- • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event marketing to ensure Zenoti's events remain cutting-edge and impactful.
